-English/Português- (Filhos do Metal means Children Of Metal in portuguese) What's up my metal children! 🤘 We are a page created in 2024 by the couple Jaime and Joice Figueiró, who in 2022 had their lives changed after the birth of their son in the middle of the Metallica concert, in Curitiba, an event that ended up making worldwide news. After two years of this unusual story, the couple decided to create a page to cover metal concerts and help promote bands from the underground scene. Despite being new, the page has been growing and has teams and partners in several cities who help to create good promotional content on social media. Send us your music; we’ll be happy to listen to it. -Português- E aí meus filhos do metal! 🤘 Somos uma página criada em 2024 pelo casal Jaime e Joice Figueiró, que em 2022 tiveram suas vidas mudadas após o nascimento de seu filho no meio do show do Metallica, em Curitiba, e acabou virando notícia mundial. Após dois anos dessa historia inusitada, o casal resolveu criar uma página para fazer cobertura de shows de metal e ajudar na divulgação de bandas da cena underground. Apesar de nova, a página vem crescendo e possui equipes e parceiros em várias cidades que ajudam a construir um bom conteúdo de divulgação nas redes sociais. The bands whose songs are approved will have two types of opportunities with us. The first one is an Instagram post, where the caption will tell a bit of the band's history, the line-up, similar bands, and a small review from us. This post will be in carousel format, featuring photos of the band, individual photos of each member, the band's discography, and a part of the lyrics of the song sended. If the song has a music video, we might do an extra post in reels format to help promote the song. For this post to be viable, the band needs to be active on Instagram and provide us with a press release containing all the possible information about the band (such as when the band started, where they are from, their line-up, influences, achievements, and things like that), promotional photos of the band and each individual member, and the band's logo as well. If the song has a music video, they can also send us the file. All this content can be shared with us via Google Drive through our email, which will be provided after the song is approved. If the band does not provide all the necessary material for us to create a post in our preferred format, we will proceed with the second type of promotion, which will be through Stories. We will create a couple of Stories to promote the band. This type of promotion has great reach, but the first one tends to have better engagement. Therefore, we recommend that bands assist us by providing the required materials so we can make a post about them. Regardless of the type of promotion, we will add the song to our dedicated Spotify playlist, where, from time to time, we will create Stories to promote this playlist and the bands as well.
