Bio
PLUMA Dischi is an Italian record label founded by Raffaele Lauretti with the support of IRMA records, one of the most important Italian record labels specializing in jazz, electronic and lounge music. Lauretti is already known in the music world for his work as an editor for Rockit and Billboard, as well as his experience managing projects such as Baseball Gregg, Lucci and Diora Madama.
PLUMA Dischi was born with the aim of becoming a creative laboratory capable of positioning emerging projects in line with the IRMA sound, maintaining particular attention to the quality of production and attention to detail. The label therefore aims to offer its artists complete support, from the managerial and editorial side up to marketing and distribution, trying to build a long-lasting and constructive collaborative relationship with all the selected artists.
The PLUMA Dischi catalog aims to be part of the IRMA records tradition, while delving into genres that have been explored less so far. The label is therefore aimed at a consolidated audience, capable of appreciating the creativity and originality of its artists.
Ultimately, PLUMA Dischi presents itself as a record label that looks to the future without forgetting the origins of the parent company, capable of offering a starting point to emerging talents on the musical scene, professional support and important visibility in the eyes of insiders.
